Once you apply, a member of our Human Resources team will review your application, and if you are a good fit for Mercatus, we will contact you for an introductory interview. If there is an open opportunity that fits your interests and skillset, the next step is an interview with the hiring manager. This interview is followed by panel interviews with your potential colleagues. Some roles require an assessment, such as a skill test or case study. 

I didn’t get the job, but I really want to work at Mercatus. What should I do next?
